About Us / Meet The Team


The team at Elegant Living Projects has vast experience in the building and construction industry and comprises of:


David - Director/Owner

David, the Director/Owner, is a fully registered building practitioner in domestic and commercial construction. He is a Graduate of Deakin University with a Degree in Construction Management (Hon). He has a licence in domestic and commercial constructions.


Commencing his career as a building estimator, he has gone on to project manage and supervise diverse commercial and domestic constructions with some of Australia’s leading construction companies. David’s passion is construction and he created Elegant Living Projects with the intention of building high calibre constructions with a focus on exceptional customer service. 


He has a staff of three, all specialising in individual facets of the company’s operation, whilst supervising hundreds of diverse trade professionals.


Nik - Construction

Nik is our Construction Manager and has also worked with some of Australia’s leading construction companies. He is a Graduate of RMIT with a Degree in Construction Management (Hon).


Having managed over 500 dwellings and an array of staff and trades per year he is experienced in both commercial and domestic operations.


Throughout his career, Nik has been able to streamline the construction process, managing a select group of tradesmen, whom are as passionate about building as we are.


Eddie - Marketing/Sales

Eddie is our representative at the forefront of the company. He is the first point of contact for our clients and looks after all aspects of marketing and sales. He is a Graduate of RMIT with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) (Applied). With 7 years sales experience, he understands that the experience of purchasing a new home needs to be as stress free for the client as possible.


Unlike many sales people, Eddie specialises in liaising with our clients, suppliers and the operations of the company. From start to finish, he is a pivotal element in the project operation - from the initial meeting and concept drawings, right through to final handover.


His aim is to ensure that the clients experience and relationship with the company is a pleasant and easy one.


Louise - Administration

Louise is our administrator, responsible for all aspects of office administration and looks after the internal day-to-day operations of the company. From tender document preparation through to project ordering, she is in control, behind the scenes, making sure that the processes that makes the company successful, runs smoothly.


With 12 years in administration and finance, Louise keeps the team intact. Every day presents a new and different challenge and as a well-organized individual, she is a proven team player in this fast paced construction company.
